It's three blocks away from Broadway Skytrain Stn, have you been at Broadway Skytrain Station at night? You should check it out there at night time, some of the ppl there are pretty scary.

Plus I can't park on Broadway from 7am - 12pm...I hate to wake up every morning to move my car.

My wife's Acura EL...I'm living in Broadway, its a duplex house and we're renting out the front right now and we're living in the back. We have a grage big enuff for only one car.
