Vancouver, the 5th most expensive place to live. Why? Cos we have the mountians and waters.
Before 1986 my dad bought a brand new house in Vancouver for 115,000. Now...haha..I was looking at the Realestate news paper...$750,000.
I wished my dad had bought more places. We spent over half a mill for our place about 4 years ago. Now it's worth about $900,000.
What we need is more people and bigger roads in Vancouver.
I'm so tempted to sell it and move out of this place and live somewhere cheaper. Newfoundland?

so much for the real estate bubble bursting. how about banff forest for relocation? become a park ranger or something, good benefits...
Hmmm. I say sell it and buy a new house somewhere for less...
