Well this is the second last day of working here in this department. I didn't mind working here it's just the upper management sucks here.

I'm just sick and tired of being the goto guy w/out the goto pay. I had a chance to be the workleader here but they decided to give it to someone else.

I know they need me here cos I'm the most technical guy with the same pay as the lesser technical ppl.

I told them I want to move on and leave this department. Don't get me wrong but the management is great it's just the upper management that sucks.

I've been told that I'll be leaving my manager...but it seems like they don't want to let me go cos my manager is telling me that I'm still reporting to her.

I was talking to my teamlead in the department I'm going to and he said that I will be reporting to a different manager. This is a F#$%^ed Up!

Sometimes I wish I was single again and just move out to China and say F*&^%^ You all and retire there. Sorry for this bitching session.
