As I get older I can feel that it takes a longer time for me to heal. Last time I had a cold was I think about four years ago.

I remember I use to feel the cold coming and it would hit me on the same day, I would rest for one day then I was able to head back to work or school the next.

Now it's totally different...

I feel it coming on one day, then the next day I start to feel an itchyness in my throat, then it kinda hits me cos I start coughing, then boom head aches, and runny nose, coughing.

The healing process is long too...I'm still feeling the itchy throat and still coughing but I feel much better not. Might be my diabetes tho, but it also could be my *sigh* old age.

My wife just hit her big 30 today!
